Our CIA is a proprietary reporting tool to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the company's efforts to provide an equitable and inclusive workplace. Cultural Intelligence Assessment and Gap Analysis - We assess the company from the inside (employee relationships) and the outside (external business partners and customer relationships).

Customized Action Plan - We show how the company can progress from today to the future state. All recommendations are tracked by key performance indicators (KPIs) and objective key results (OKRs).
